Reviews for MIU Hard Anodized Aluminum 6-Quart Stovetop Deep Fryer (Kitchen) Excellent unit. Heavy, well made, and does the job perfectly. I would recommend this fryer excessively. Until a couple of weeks ago I had an electricalal deep fryer (Euro Pro) that did no longer do the job very neatly and simply made up our thoughtss to die while I was making a home fish fry. No extra electrics for me. Don't overlook to get a thermometer when you do now not need one.

The pour-spouts on the sides should not sufficiently said to steer clear of spilling when pouring oil out. Otherwise the product is ideal for my function. P.S. I suppose an oil/candy thermometer would make a just right partner for this item.

The conical form of the pot is superb for optimum heat switch and the fabric is just right for warmth retention. The inside aspect wall is excessive (deep?) enough to lower back oil splash--having the lid also additional this lead to. The vented lid is an very good concept for minimizing condensation--it worked!
Finally, the deal withs are excellent for supporting the burden of the pot, particularly when full of oil.
